Emirates rolls out new lounges

Emirates will upgrade its lounge at Mauritius in August as part of a wider investment of more than AED50 million (R223 million) in its global lounge network.

The refurbishment forms part of the airline's rollout of its new signature lounge concept, which has already debuted in Munich and Frankfurt and will also be introduced in Manchester and Istanbul.

The refreshed design reflects Emirates' latest cabin interiors and includes locally inspired dining with live cooking stations, premium beverage offerings featuring dedicated mixologists and baristas, quiet zones for relaxation, and communal seating with wireless charging and universal power access.
