The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-based management company, and MIDROC Investment Group, an Ethiopian private investor, have formed a partnership to develop and operate 10 new hotels in Ethiopia.
The deal is set to deliver around 1 140 keys between 2026 and 2031 including Marriott-branded properties in Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Langano and Danbi.
