The organisers of OurAfrica.Travel have announced that the 2026 edition of the virtual trade show will take place from March 16-20. The event has been connecting the travel trade with hotels, lodges and suppliers in Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands since 2020.
Co-Founder Allie Hunt said: “We were delighted with the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from our latest OurAfrica.Travel show. The trade support is as strong and loyal as ever and we are very proud of the reputation we have built over the past five years. This reinforces the ongoing need for an evolving, virtual show like ours.”
Co-Founder Storm Napier added: “For 2026, we have adjusted the dates from February to mid-March as per our participants’ feedback and as we appreciate February is peak booking season for trade and product. We will be ensuring that the show remains seamless, accessible and affordable in terms of time and finance.”
The 2025 edition in numbers
The sixth OurAfrica.Travel took place from February 5-9 with 199 exhibitors, 490 buyers and 47 media representatives. Over the five days, 7 268 meetings were held on the platform, 43 954 messages were exchanged on the networking chat and more than 20 000 connections were made.
