Pafuri launches walking trails

WILDERNESS Safaris’ Pafuri Camp has launched walking trails in the Makuleke Concession of the Kruger National Park. Guests will be able to visit freshwater springs, Stone Age sites, baobab trees and San rock art during the walks as well as spotting large and small game. Accommodation is in en suite thatched tents and meals are cooked on the open fire. Trails take a maximum of eight people and are sold on a set departure basis. During 2006, anyone booking a walking trail will be able to book consecutive nights at Pafuri Camp at the same nightly rate as the trail. Sue Lewitton (suel@nowmedia.co.za)
