What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle sales—preferably in travel, FX or payments
- Understanding of the travel trade ecosystem across African tour operators, DMCs, and accommodation providers
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, curious, accountable
- Experience working with travel companies or international payments is a bonus
- You’re ambitious and ready to grow with a startup that’s going places

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting to pitch to close
- Win new business with African tour operators, DMCs, and accommodation providers
- Present and demo Roam’s platform with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver value
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and meet sales targets
