New CEO for Kenya Airways
Former head of Kenya Airways’ Jambojet subsidiary, Allan Kilavuka, has been appointed new CEO of the airline.
Kilavuka was made Acting CEO of Kenya Airways in December and his appointment as the permanent CEO will be effective from April 1.
He started his career at Deloitte and has held various leadership positions at General Electric.
New GM of River Meadow Manor
River Meadow Manor, a boutique hotel, conference and wedding venue in Pretoria, has appointed Johnny Malebo as the new General Manager.
Malebo began as a waiter at the Valley Lodge hotel in Magaliesburg. He then rose up the ranks at the Mount Grace Country House and Spa to become Manager of Food and Beverages.
He was previously Operations Manager at The Regency Apartment Hotel Menlyn.

Hotel group’s new Gaming Executive
Peermont Hotels, Casinos and Resorts has appointed Billy Gray as its new Group Gaming Executive. He will focus on Peermont's entire gaming division and ensure that the group's offerings continue to meet and exceed the expectations of guests.
Gray joined Peermont in 1998 and has over 28 years’ experience in the gaming industry. He was previously employed at the Mpumalanga Gambling Board where he was responsible for the establishment of the Investigations and Compliance Department.
