Premier Hotels & Resorts recently acquired the Faircity Hotel Group, consisting of three- and four-star conference hotels, as well as serviced apartments in Johannesburg and Pretoria, and is looking forward to reaping the benefits of its acquisition and upgrade programme that was conducted over the past 18 months.
Group Marketing, Sales and Revenue Director, Mark Jakins, says: “To be a leader in the hospitality industry requires continually improving your product and customer experience, and we have been hard at work ensuring that all of our properties and teams are ready for the summer months ahead – ensuring that this forthcoming season will be one of our busiest to date – notwithstanding the tough economy.”
Already completed refurbishments include hotel and facility improvements at Premier Resort The Moorings, Premier Resort Sani Pass, and Premier Resort Mpongo Private Game Reserve.
