#RevivalShowcase: Hazyview

Hazyview, the Mpumalanga tourism hub, sits between the Panorama Route to the west and the Kruger National Park to the east, making it a crossroads linking two major tourism regions.

With well over one hundred accommodation establishments and dozens of wheels operators, Hazyview continues to reinvent itself as an activities mecca and world-class leisure destination.

The town has recently stepped up its social media presence with the launch of the Visit Hazyview website www.visithazyview.co.za  which features all the members of the Hazyview Chamber of Business and Tourism (HCBT) as well as regional news and events.

There are also associated #visithazyview Facebook and Instagram feeds by which to keep informed. HCBT represents the full range of tourism products from large resorts, through guest houses and lodges to B&Bs.

From an activities perspective, the town has a number of adrenalin thrills including a canopy trail, reptile park and elephant interactions as well as numerous wheels operators taking safaris into the Kruger National Park.

There is also a broad range of foodie restaurant outlets. Many members have spent the past year upgrading facilities and preparing for the anticipated influx of tourism towards the end of the year. It is all happening in Hazyview!
