SA Tourism has opened applications for its COO and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) positions.
The advertisement follows the resignations of current COO Darryl Erasmus and suspended CMO Thembisile Sehloho in January.
Both roles will be based at SA Tourism’s head office in Sandton. The closing date for applications is February 9.

SA Tourism’s current CEO Nombulelo Guliwe remains on paid suspension as disciplinary proceedings continue against her for alleged involvement in irregular expenditure. She has been suspended since August last year.
In a media briefing on January 27, Tourism Minister Patricia de Lille confirmed the appointments of a CFO and Chief Audit Executive. Corné Koch was appointed Chief Convention Bureau Officer at the South African National Convention Bureau in December.
