Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to travel consultants
• Assist with booking flights, accommodation, and travel packages
• Prepare and organize client itineraries and travel documents
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
• Process invoices, payments, and confirmations
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners
• Track supplier responses and escalate issues to the Senior Consultant when necessary.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and general office coordination
• Handle follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
