• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years working within a DMC (Destination Management Company) environment, with strong hands-on experience in Tourplan, specifically in:
o Product Setup and/or
o FIT Reservations
• Geographical Expertise: In-depth and practical knowledge of Southern Africa travel products and destinations
• The "Contracts Architect": A natural ability to read, interpret, and translate complex supplier agreements into flawless system data.
• Analytical Precision: Advanced Excel skills and an uncompromising eye for detail.
