Job Summary:

As a Senior Consultant in PR/ Trade, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and shape our company's brand and reputation in the competitive landscape of travel, luxury, and lifestyle. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, influence industry trends, and make a significant impact on our organization's growth trajectory.

Reponsibilities:

Develop and implement high-impact PR and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Execution of integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and events.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Provide expert advice to Kleber Group clients in how to better approach the South African markets in terms of industry relations and marketing 
Overseeing the development and execution of marketing concepts and tactics, content strategies and reporting 
Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts with tour operators, travel agencies and cooperation partners 
Planning, organization and implementation of webinars, e-learnings, customer events, FAM trips. roadshows, and trade fairs incl. documentation 
Conception, handling, and reporting of marketing activities 
Support with New Bizz calls for entries 
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Maintain and expand a powerful and meaningful network in the industry.
Ensure financial control and quality of each project under your responsibility, ensuring profitability.
Elevate team performance through effective leadership and coaching.
Represent the company officially at industry events and functions.

Requierements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, marketing, tourism or related field; advanced certifications or qualifications are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in PR, communication, or marketing roles within the travel and hospitality industry, including at least 1 year as a consultant.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex communication projects from concept to execution, delivering measurable results and driving business outcomes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to PR and communication.
Ability to identify risks and opportunities and offer strategic solutions.
