Tourplan Senior Rates Administrator (Inbound)

Are you an expert on Tourplan with a solid understanding of contracting and STO rate structures? Are you adept at multi-tasking, organised and have a keen eye for detail?  Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain their Tourplan NX system, ensuring seamless operations across their travel group.  A typical day will involve handling queries from users, liaising with the Products Department regarding contract queries and troubleshooting Tourplan system issues.  Must be proficient in Tourplan NX with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in loading rates, new suppliers and creditors as well as maintaining Tourplan content.  Knowledge of Papertrail storage system advantageous.
