African Sun has terminated its agreement with Legacy Hospitality Management Services for the management of five its properties.
The agreement was entered into on October 1, 2015, for the management of Elephant Hills Resort and Conference Centre, Monomotapa Hotel, Troutbeck Hotel, Hwange Safari Lodge, and The Kingdom at Victoria Falls Hotel.
Management of these properties has since reverted to African Sun, with a handover and takeover process under way. African Sun has also confirmed that it will process agents’ bookings.
“We would like to assure our stakeholders that this termination will not adversely affect the delivery of services at the relevant hotels,” a statement from African Sun said. “If anything, we remain firmly focused on providing excellent service to our customers and growing value for all our shareholders. African Sun Limited takes this opportunity to thank Legacy for its association over this period.”
