SABC radio news is this morning reporting that Butch Kerzner, son of casino-giant Sol Kerzner and ceo of Kerzner International Holdings, has been killed in a helicopter crash in the Dominican Republic in South America. At least two other people were also killed in the crash. It is believed that Kerzner was surveying a site for possible development. Kerzner is survived by his wife and two young children.
