With just over three weeks to go until Meetings Africa, SA Tourism has announced the official exhibition management company (EMC) appointed for the event.
Synergy Business Events (SBE), a service provider for previous editions of the event, has been named as the EMC for the trade show at the Sandton Convention Centre from February 23-25.
SA Tourism said the company brings “extensive experience in exhibition management”.
The SA Tourism statement added: “Their institutional knowledge and proven capability in delivering large-scale exhibitions will ensure a seamless, well-coordinated and value-driven experience for exhibitors, buyers and delegates.”
SBE’s immediate focus will be on exhibitor participation processes including the finalisation and management of applications, confirmation of exhibition floor allocation and placement, optimising the exhibition halls, facilitating communication and providing ongoing support.
