Due to a change in its payment service provider, fastjet will be unable to accept Credit or Debit cards as a form of payment for GDS bookings as from today, (July 1).
The airline said in an advisory to clients it expected this functionality to be available again in December following the relevant IT development and updates. A separate advisory will be issued once the service is available.
In the interim, trade is advised that cash and Iata EasyPay remain acceptable payment methods for all bookings made via the GDS.
Credit card payment remains available for direct sales through the fastjet website for all bookings
