CHINA Eastern will not be resuming its flights between Johannesburg and Shanghai via the Maldives on October 27 as it recently announced.
The airline has cancelled all its flights until December 31 with no indication of whether or not the flights will resume next year. A statement from China Eastern reads: “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and our sales and reservations team will try to assist in any way possible”.
