Stillpoint Country Haven Guest Lodge, Conference and Wellness Centre, located near Fourways in Johannesburg, will open in mid-November.
Each of the 20 rooms and suites, with a separate shower and bathtub, is air-conditioned and has a telephone, wireless Internet, satellite TV and mini-bar. A honeymoon suite is further enhanced with a lounge area, an outdoor Jacuzzi bath and outdoor shower.
Conference venues, fully equipped with a data projector, screens and flipcharts, can accommodate from 16 to 60 delegates at a time.
The guest lodge’s ‘TimeOut Zone’ wellness centre incorporates a sauna, an outdoor vitality pool and hydrotherapy circuit, body treatment rooms and facilities for facial therapy. Guests can receive their treatment in the privacy of their rooms on request.
Other facilities include a restaurant and an outdoor bar. Picnic baskets can be arranged on request.
Surrounding attractions and activities include the Cradle of Humankind, Lesedi Cultural Village, the Lion Park, hot air ballooning and trout fishing.
