Kusudalweni Safari Game Lodge and Spa, a new luxury lodge that opened in December in the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park area, caters for kosher guests.
The lodge brought in specialists, chefs and consultants to look at the lodge’s kitchen, food and food preparation to be able to offer kosher meals for its first group of guests. Maria Thornton, owner of the new lodge, said: “We have now decided since we are so good at kosher service that we will specialise in accommodating kosher guests – that’s how it all started.”
The lodge has four detached thatched chalets, a main lodge, swimming pool, restaurant, spa, curio shop, communal lounges and bar. Guests can also enjoy day and night game drives.
