The Bear Grylls Survival Academy will launch a survival course in Victoria Falls in June.
Adventure Zone Vic Falls has partnered with The Bear Grylls Survival Academy, to offer this new experience but also to teach participants survival skills and take them out their comfort zones.
The experience will include: climbing, jumping, abseiling and navigation back to civilization. Navigating harsh terrain, water purification, emergency shelter builds, river crossings, white water rafting, fire building, knife skills, wild food preparation and rope skills will be the survival skills taught.
Participants can also choose to be extracted via a helicopter ride, flying low through the gorge of Victoria Falls.
