Ol Jogi Ranch, a Kenyan bush retreat, has opened its latest wildlife corridor, Apollo Okello, which will see species such as elephants crossing a main government road safely, without risk to local communities.
The new corridor will also reduce human-wildlife conflict as well as allow wildlife easier access to the greater Laikipia ecosystem.

In 2011, Ol Jogi opened two corridors in the Pyramid Fence, allowing wildlife to migrate in and out for the first time since 1980. A third corridor was added in 2013 and a fourth last year.
