TRANS African Concessions (Trac) will not impose the annual toll fee increase on the EN4 from Ressano Garcia to Maputo in Mozambique. This is due to positive changes in the exchange rate over the past year. “We hope this decision will bring some relief to road users and help to further stimulate the economy,” said Arthur Coy, ceo of Trac.
