Pic of the week: Cape Town CBD boasts new pathways

The City of Cape Town has made substantial progress with its non-motorised transport project in the CBD.

Pictured here are some of the completed new pathways along St Lowry Road, St Johns Road, and Hope Street.

Cape Town has invested R40m (€2.4m) into this 24-month-long project, to improve facilities for pedestrians, enhance overall safety, and provide universal access for those with special needs.
