Last week’s poll: Expensive rand, fewer visitors?
Last week we asked readers if they thought the expensive rand would result in fewer visitors to South Africa from the UK market. The majority of readers, 49%, voted that there would be no effect as SA was still great value; 26% said visitor numbers would drop more than 10%; 16% believed they would be down 5%, and 9% said numbers would drop by 10%.
