Shumba Camp, a seasonal camp in Zambia’s Kafue National Park, has reopened for the season following refurbishment, Wilderness Safaris has announced.
The main area of the camp has been renovated and a new raised wooden viewing deck has been built, allowing guests to relax and enjoy an elevated vantage point to view the Busanga Plains.
The seasonal opening of the camp coincided with the start of the park’s hot air ballooning season, which runs until the end of October.
