Rikkis in Cape Town has become the latest cab service provider to introduce card payments across its fleet of London taxis.
Earlier this year, Nedbank, in partnership with iMobilise Transportation Systems, launched card payment units that make use of PocketPOS technology to enable passengers to pay for their fares with credit or debit cards.
Once the passenger pays with the credit or debit card an invoice is then printed as a hard copy as well as electronically via email.
