SalamAir is set to launch a direct service between Muscat, Oman and Kigali. Subject to regulatory approvals, the two weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, will commence on July 21.
The route plans to support increasing commercial exchange between Oman and East Africa, aiding business travel, trade opportunities and economic links between the two markets.
“Kigali is a natural addition to our growing African network, offering strong fundamentals across business and leisure travel,” said Steven Allen, SalamAir CCO. “Rwanda has seen consistent growth in tourism and business travel in recent years. As part of our wider network strategy, we remain focused on linking Oman with high-growth markets through affordable, reliable and direct connectivity.”
