Wilderness Holdings has announced changes on its board of directors In compliance with the BSE and JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
Derek De La Harpe has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Wilderness Holdings with effect from April 8 following the resignation by Karen Mitchley to pursue other interests.
Jochen Zeitz, CEO of Puma and Robert Polet, President and CEO of the Gucci Group, have been appointed to the board with effect from 8 April 2010.
Mike Ness has resigned as Non-Executive Director with effect from April 8.
