The World Tourism Conference, hosted by the African Tourism Association and SA Tourism, will be held in Johannesburg from July 22 to 26.
The conference will focus on creative industries, innovative business models, best practices and strategic partnerships growing the tourism sector. Attendees are expected to include government leaders, international investors, industry stakeholders and travel professionals from across the world. The conference will also recognise the businesses and countries leading the way in sustainable tourism.
The conference programme will encourage discussions on tourism as an engine for economic growth and job creation as well as a platform for resiliency.
