Zululand Safari Lodge shares for sale

HOTEL and Leisure Investments, a subsidiary of Three Cities Investments, will be selling its self-catering units at Zululand Safari Lodge in KwaZulu Natal as a fractional ownership offering.

Hotel and Investment ceo, Michael Lambert, explained that all 27 units would be sold, but that investors would be allocated a 1/13th share of the lodge. The fractional ownership titles will be sold from R35 000 per share and owners will be entitled to 28 days of use per year.

The sale will take place once the R7,2m refurbishment of the lodge is complete. This is expected to be in February next year.
