Required Qualifications:

We are looking for an articulate, hard-working, self-motivated, IT confident individual, an organised person who is able to communicate confidently with suppliers and customers alike. You will ideally have experience of Google Workplace and/or Microsoft 365 and be largely unfazed by new apps or unfamiliar technology (or be confident with your ability to learn new systems). Above everything, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, take pride in the presentation of your work and be a perfectionist when it comes to checking written communication.

Description:
Africa Collection is one of the UK’s leading independent tour operators specialising in travel to Southern Africa, East Africa & the Indian Ocean Islands.
Work alongside the reservations team to assist with the preparation of client travel documentation, and offer general res administration support. You will be responsible for assembling the documentation for sometimes complex, tailor-made itineraries so attention to detail and excellent written skills are essential.
