Min 3 years Payroll experience
Strong mathematical and calculation skills

SAGE 300 People proficiency
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
and distributing salary structures, contracts of employment, salary
offers, and any other payroll related forms. Handle all ESS queries.
Manage all promotions, transfers, maternity, and variance reports. Assist
auditors with any payroll requests.
Responsible for making sure that any necessary document submissions
are sent to the payroll team on time.
Maintain up-to-date employee records
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations including PAYE, UIF,
and other deductions
Preparing and distributing payroll reports, and reconciling payroll data
with other financial records
Responding to employee and external partner inquiries related to
payroll, such as pays lips, deductions, and tax forms
Providing VISA letters for staff travelling abroad
Providing Staff Loyalty letters for currently employed staff who require
them .
Creating accurate salary structures, employment contracts, increase
letters, incentive/Vubu letters, bonus letters
Change of address or banking details, forms accurately completed and
submitted
Ensuring that promotion and transfer letters are signed, submitted to
payroll and filed accordingly
Checking variance reports.
Dealing with all ESS queries.
