· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as an accounts or office assistant, ideally within the travel or tour operating industry
· Good computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Organisational and multitasking abilities
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
· Some experience with Social Media updating (Instagram & Facebook)

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support:
o Assist with creditors’ reconciliations and ensure invoice accuracy
o Verify invoice details for VAT compliance and against contracted rates
o Liaise with internal consultants and external suppliers to resolve queries
o Request missing invoices and supplier statements as required
· Operations & Administration:
o Assist with general expense reconciliations for both Accounts and Operations
o Support the Reservations team with booking and amending accommodation and restaurant reservations
o Prepare travel documentation for clients as needed
o Assist with filing, document management, and bookkeeping processes
o Maintain a well-organised office environment
o Perform general administrative and accounting duties

· This is a full-time, office-based role in Cape Town CBD
· Own transport is preferable
