🌟Extensive knowledge of reservation systems such as NightsBridge, Semper, Res Request, Eezee, Room Racoon, Opera, Protel, HMS, HTI, and Apex.
🌟Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🌟The ability to organise and multitask.

👉Managing reservation processes, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
👉Using reservation management software to optimise occupancy and revenue.
👉Monitoring reservation trends and adjusting strategies to maximise profitability.
👉Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
👉Resolving customer complaints and queries promptly to ensure exceptional service.
👉Preparing reports on reservation statistics and revenue forecasts.
👉Working closely with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams.
👉Staying updated on industry trends to make informed decisions.
👉Implementing and maintaining reservation policies.
