· Working on annual quotations of different packages & tours
· Arranging block-bookings to suppliers
· Communicating waitlists and booking alternative accommodations
· Dealing with pre-paid quotes and invoices
· Updating departure information and tour status, guide briefings, cancellations
· Researching and monitoring tours
· Informing agents of all relevant updates
