Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as an accounts or office assistant.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to produce accurate reconciliations
• Fully computer literate with strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel essential)
Well established Overland Tour operator seeks an experienced Office Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting Accounts with Creditors Reconciliations
o Organize incoming creditor invoices. Check invoices for VAT compliance. Check invoices against vouchers and contract rates. Liaise with consultants in case of internal queries and suppliers in case of external queries. Request missing invoices and supplier statements where required.
• Assisting Accounts and Operations with Cash Expense Reconciliations.
• Assisting Reservations with booking and amending accommodation bookings.
• Assisting Operations with preparing travel documentation.
• Any other general admin & accounting work as required.
General
• Position is office based in Ottery Area
• Own transport will be preferable
