Our client is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Tourplan Rates and Products Administrator to be based at their offices in CPT Southern Suburbs.

CRITERIA & KPI’s
• TOURPLAN experience is ESSENTIAL - In-depth experience in Tourplan – database, operations & accounts. A good grasp of the functions of Tourplan (Both IS and NX)
• 5+ years exp. as and Intermediate to Senior Tourism background and Product knowledge essential.
• Matric and relevant Diplomas/Certificates.
• Data Capturing, updating, and maintaining the reservation system is the core focus.
• Obtaining rates from suppliers and handling and managing the contracts thereof
• Constantly researching and sourcing new products as well as negotiating rates
• Attending trade shows, workshops, and invitations to launches and new products.
• Meeting representatives of suppliers in or out of the office
