Among a host of potential applications, AI holds the most value in managing bookings and itineraries for tourism businesses, according to the results of our latest poll.
Almost half of industry respondents (48%) said this area is the most valuable application for AI. The rest of the results were fairly evenly spread over data analysis (14%), creating compelling marketing campaigns (13%), uncovering customer preferences (10%) and research into destinations and trends (10%). The remaining 5% of respondents chose “Other”.
