Blue Train unveils new rail safari offering

The Blue Train will offer trips to and from Limpopo to combine with safaris.

The Blue Train will launch its rail safari departures from Pretoria to Hoedspruit, Limpopo, in 2016.

The two round trips will offer guests a choice of four 19-hour one-way journeys to combine with a safari stay in one of the many wildlife reserves and private safari lodges in the Greater Kruger and Sabi Sand areas.

Departures from Pretoria will take place on July 8 and August 12, 2016. Guests can also join the rail journey after their safari, travelling from Hoedspruit to Pretoria on either July 9 or August 13. Departures are at 15h00 for all trips, arriving at 10h00 the next day.
