THE Emnotweni Casino in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga and Hi-Tech Security have joined forces to provide a security patrol vehicle for the Nelspruit region to ensure that not only tourists visiting the Lowveld , but also local residents can benefit from a safer environment. The project is already underway with a vehicle sponsored by the casino, armed with guards from Hi-Tech Security patrolling the N4 freeway between Nelspruit and Komatipoort from 05h00 and 20h00 daily. "We are confident that a high security visibility on the main road to the Lowveld, will contribute in deterring criminal elements from risking any action against travellers," says Herman Franken, general manager of Emnotweni Casino. While this project is also supported by the South African Police Services, the South African National Defence Force and the local Emergency Services, Emnotweni Casino carries all costs involved to carry out this service.
