Fastjet Zimbabwe will introduce a Business Premium product on the Airbus A320-200 from August to September.
The new Business Premium class features extra-wide seats at the front of the aircraft, curated menu options, including a full bar service at selected times of the day, access to business-class lounges, and additional baggage with a combined weight of 46kg.
The airline will introduce the Airbus A320-200 on its Harare-Johannesburg and Victoria Falls-Johannesburg routes from August 1. The aircraft will join the fleet on a short-term lease agreement for the August and September peak travel period.
“As we trial this aircraft type, we are evaluating the response of our Business Premium product on these busy regional routes as we explore permanently introducing this aircraft type to our fleet in 2027,” said Donahue Cortes, Business Chief Executive and Country Head of fastjet Zimbabwe.
