Required Qualifications:
Outstanding written and spoken English. Sharp attention to detail and strong self-organisation. Comfortable owning problems end to end and confident on the phone. Digitally fluent (Google Suite, Slack). Experience in travel, hospitality or a client-facing role is a strong plus, as is an additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese). Must be based within 2 hours of Central European Time, ideally in Cape Town.

Viatu is a travel tech company designing bespoke African wildlife journeys. We are looking for a Journey Curator to own the traveller experience from booking confirmation to long after the trip ends.
Working alongside our Sales team, you will personalise and finalise itineraries, coordinate directly with lodges, transport providers and local partners, and anticipate traveller needs before they arise. You are the calm, capable voice travellers trust when something shifts on the ground, by phone, not just email. You will also manage post-travel follow-up and contribute to content and marketing where your perspective adds value.
This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role at the heart of how we deliver on our promise. Fully remote with a decentralised international team and regular meetups in Cape Town and Europe.
