Lemala Authentic Camps and Lodges’ reservations office will be offline from 16h00 on August 29 until September 2.
Lemala is merging two reservations systems and for the process to be trouble-free and for a seamless transition to be effected, the technology dictates that both systems must be offline for 72 hours so that the migration of data can take place.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, however we assure you that an even better system will exist. As a back-up for the 72 hours that we are offline, please contact fiona@lemalacamp.com for all enquiries, provisional bookings, hold bookings and confirmations as this is the only email address that will be monitored from 16h00 on August 29 until 07h00 on September 2. Please bear with us, as migrations are always temperamental, but this way will ensure a smooth ‘crossing’ and a better service for all concerned,” the statement says.
