TAAG Angola Airlines has been granted certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency to operate its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner within European airspace, enhancing the airline’s ability to serve international markets.
The Luanda-Lisbon-Luanda route will be the first to receive the aircraft as TAAG begins integrating its fleet of Boeing 787-9s.
“The authorisation represents important recognition of TAAG’s technical, operational and regulatory compliance efforts. This achievement further strengthens its credibility among international authorities, partners and customers,” says Clóvis Rosa, Chairman of TAAG.
