Mango has enhanced its online check-in service to include the printing of boarding passes at home.
The service, which will be effective immediately, is expected to significantly speed up airport counter service. Baggage drop-off points will be clearly indicated at all airports. Once the airline introduces Wi-Fi on board its aircraft, guests travelling on Mango will be able to check-in for their return flights en route, too.
The home check-in and boarding pass print service is free, but the selection of specific seats in advance of online check-in opening carries a R35 per sector charge. Guests may also check in parties travelling together. Online check-in opens 24 hours in advance of departure and closes three hours prior to departure.
