Kenya Airways (KQ) has announced additional frequencies between Nairobi and key African and Indian Ocean destinations.
Beginning October 28, KQ will fly five times a week between Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) on Mahé. The flight will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The flight schedule is as follows:
- Flight KQ 250 will depart NBO at 12h45, arriving in SEZ at 17h00.
- The return flight, KQ 251, departs SEZ at 17h50, arriving in NBO at 20h00.
Also from October 28, KQ will operate five weekly flights between NBO and Sir S. Ramgoolam International (MRU) in Mauritius. The flight will operate on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The flight schedule is as follows:
- On Mondays, Fridays and Sundays, flight KQ 270 will depart NBO at 13h00, arriving in MRU at 18h20.
- On Wednesdays and Saturdays, flight KQ 274 will depart NBO at 21h50, arriving in MRU at 03h10 the following morning.
- Return flight KQ 275 will depart on Thursdays and Sundays at 03h55, arriving at NBO at 07h10.
- Return flight KQ 271 will depart on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays at 19h10, arriving at NBO at 22h20.
Beginning December 1, KQ will fly five direct flights between NBO and Cape Town International Airport (CPT), up from the previous three a week. Flights will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The flight schedule will be as follows:
- Flight KQ 784 will depart NBO at 14h35, arriving at CPT at 19h20.
- The return flight KQ 785 will depart CPT at 23h00, arriving in NBO at 05h45 the following day.
