National Geographic has released the official trailer for the seven-part Africa Earth’s Wild Home series showcasing wildlife and landscapes across nearly 30 African countries.
Filmed over almost four years, the series explores forests, deserts, mountains, islands and other ecosystems. It documents wildlife adaptation to vastly different environments.
The series captures several rare sightings and previously undocumented behaviours, including a black rain frog filmed for television for the first time and hyenas hunting elephants at night.
Narrated by Executive Producer and Actress Wunmi Mosaku, it premieres on October 2.
