The Daily Aparthotels is introducing a new brand of aparthotels in Cape Town with its flagship property, The Daily APT – Green Point, set to debut in the first quarter of 2027. It will be operated by Valor Hospitality Partners.
The seven-storey development has 87 keys offering studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments as well as lofts and duplexes. It is located within walking distance of the city’s stadium and V&A Waterfront.
The ground floor’s lobby space is designed to act as a social hub where guests can enjoy a coffee spot and evening lounge.
