Legend Safaris appoints new Head of Business Development & Sales

Legend Safaris has appointed Paul Tully as Head of Business Development & Sales at its newly opened North America branch, based in Canada.

Tully has worked closely with safari companies across East Africa and Southern Africa for the past 12 years.

He has also worked with conservation and anti-poaching units. He was involved in the documentary STROOP, which followed the rhino poaching crisis. Additionally, Tully worked with the Jane Goodall Institute where he organised conservation-focused safaris for the Scouts Association of Hong Kong.

In his new position, Tully will be supporting North American clients with safari planning and access to experiences across Africa and beyond.

Brookdale Estate appoints new F&B Manager

Brend Swanepoel has been appointed as Brookdale Estate’s Food & Beverage Manager.

Swanepoel holds a degree in hospitality and boasts 15 years’ experience in the industry, bringing extensive local and international hospitality experience and a solid operational focus and guest-centric approach to the estate’s food and beverage offering.
